The Greenworks Pro 60V CrossoverZ CRZ4261 combines true zero-turn maneuverability with powerful cordless performance for maintaining large residential lawns. Its advanced brushless motor system delivers nearly 10% more power than a conventional 22 HP gas-powered zero-turn mower, without gasoline, engine oil, exhaust fumes, spark plugs, or routine engine servicing.

This complete mower kit includes six Greenworks 60V 8.0Ah lithium-ion batteries and three dual-port turbo chargers. With all six batteries installed, the CrossoverZ can mow up to approximately 2.5 acres or operate for up to 60 minutes per charge under suitable conditions. The three included dual-port chargers can recharge the complete six-battery set in approximately 90 minutes.

The removable batteries are compatible with more than 75 Greenworks 60V tools, allowing the same battery platform to power compatible blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, mowers, and other outdoor equipment. This interchangeable system also allows batteries to be swapped when additional runtime is required.

A durable 42-inch stamped-steel cutting deck provides excellent coverage while remaining compact enough to maneuver around trees, pathways, flower beds, fences, and other landscaping obstacles. The mower maintains a blade-tip speed of approximately 17,000 feet per minute, helping produce a clean and consistent cut even when grass conditions change.

Greenworks SmartCut™ technology continuously monitors mowing conditions and automatically adjusts motor output according to grass thickness and cutting demand. This helps conserve battery energy in lighter grass while supplying additional power when mowing taller, thicker, or heavier growth.

The deck provides seven cutting-height positions from 1.5 to 4.5 inches, allowing the operator to adapt the cut for different grass varieties, seasonal growth, and preferred lawn appearance. Its three-in-one mowing capability supports side discharge, mulching, and optional bagging configurations.

With a maximum cutting speed of up to 8 MPH, the CrossoverZ can cover large open areas efficiently. Independent lap-bar controls provide responsive zero-turn steering, making it easier to mow closely around obstacles and reduce the amount of trimming required after mowing.

The high-torque rear-wheel-drive system is designed to handle hills and slopes up to approximately 15 degrees when operating conditions permit. Operators should always follow the terrain and slope precautions in the manufacturer’s manual, particularly when grass is wet or ground conditions are uneven.

A premium high-back padded seat with foldable armrests provides added support during longer mowing sessions. High-intensity LED headlights improve visibility during early-morning or evening operation, while the integrated rear cargo bed can carry up to 200 pounds of mulch, soil, tools, and other approved materials.

Front and rear attachment capability expands the mower’s usefulness beyond cutting grass, allowing compatible lawn-care accessories to be mounted or towed. The built-in GreenShield theft-protection system and compatible mobile connectivity provide additional equipment monitoring and security functionality where supported.
